Thirty Marketing offers complete Screen Printing services. Screen Printing is a great option for t-shirts, hoodies and other smooth surface items. Did you know screen printing is one of the oldest methods of printing in the world, with traces back to China circa AD 220. They would use thin paper with the design cut out and human hair to make a mesh screen. Thankfully our screens do not contain human hair and we use the latest technology, equipment and chemicals with our screens.

Screen Printing at Thirty

• We have the capacity to print 12 t-shirts or even 10,000+ shirts
• The minimum print qty for screen printing is 12 total items
• We offer a standard two week turnaround, but if you need it before then just ask and we can let you know yes or no. We do have a some flexibility in our production schedule, since we have the machines and staff here
• Important to mention, WE PRINT IT!! We own our machines, they are sitting in our screen printing production area, we DO NOT outsource our screen printing (you can even watch shirts being printed from our showroom)
• Our Riley Hopkins presses feature 8 color stations to meet the demands of complex multi-color designs
• We print with high quality One Stroke plastisol inks to achieve bold colors that last for years
• We have the ability to print on cotton, polyester, blends, tri-blends, canvas and more. We do not print on nylon or spandex materials
• Pricing is based on the amount of colors in your design, the amount of locations on your item and your total item quantity
• We do not require you to order in qty’s of 12 per size and style, just order what you need
• Yes, we have fluorescent inks, glitter inks, shimmer inks, metallic inks
• ARTWORK – In order to have a file that our production team can work with, your artwork needs to be in a vector format. We have an in-house design team that can vectorize your artwork for you if needed. This will be a separate, one time artwork and setup fee. Once we have it on file, you will not need to pay for this fee again. If you already have a vector file, awesome, we can use it!! Every new shirt order includes 30 minutes of design setup/artwork, so simple designs we will vector for no charge so we can print your order.
