If you selected the wrong shipping option on an existing order and now you need to have your existing order shipped out via USPS (Post Office) this is the place for you!!
Have you placed an order and checked the wrong shipping options? Did you place an existing order for an event that has been postponed or cancelled and now you want us to ship it to you?
We are offering the option to change your existing order that was for Showroom Pickup or Event/Organization Distribution to USPS (Post Office) shipping. This option only covers our expenses and shipping charges are pulled directly from USPS.
If you selected USPS and want to cancel that, or if you want to update a non chargeable shipping option like Organization Distribution or Showroom Pickup please be sure to email Orders@ThirtyMarketing.com and request those changes.
You are not required to have your existing order shipped, all orders can still be picked up in our showroom. If you can’t make it during our regular hours we can place the order outside our front door for after hours pickup.
For items from Event Stores:
- Orders will stay in our showroom until the make up event date, unless the event was cancelled.
- Orders not picked up in our showroom that were for events will still be sent to that event if the event was postponed.
- If orders are collected by the event host, we will email you notifying you that the order has been sent to the organization.
- We WILL NOT ship out Yard Signs… so just don’t try… We may not even refund you for trying to ship them out… so keep that in mind!!
