How this works:

• By completing the online order above to make a purchase, you are agreeing to enter into a contract to purchase items from Thirty Marketing and understand & agree that additional charges may be billed separately and required to complete the order. If we accept your order the items will be sold to you subject to all Terms and Conditions.
• Due to the custom nature of this product, NO REFUNDS, will be allowed.
• There are no minimum orders for this product, however the more you order the larger the discounts are.
• Embroidered on the front with your choice of placement (1 Location). Pricing includes
  • Max size is 2.5″ tall x 4.5″ wide.
  • Up to 15K stitches per design.
  • On average, most designs fit within a 6K – 12K stitch count range. Very high detailed designs are usually around 20K stitches. If you are unsure or would like a stitch count estimate prior to placing an order please email Info@ThirtyMarketing.com with your design.
  • Designs over 15K stitches will incur a charge of +$.50 per 1K stitches over, to be billed separately and required to be paid in full prior to the start of production. NO REFUNDS OR CANCELLATIONS ARE ALLOWED IF YOUR DESIGN EXCEEDS 15K STITCHS.
  • Up to 8 colors per design
• Pricing includes Fluorescent and Neon Colors, just tell us in the order notes if it isn’t obvious in your uploaded file.
• Metallic colors not available (but we will use poly thread so it has a sheen to it).
• This offer is for a flat 2D (not 3D, not puff, not raised) embroidered number.
• Pricing shown includes decoration. Pricing is based per hat color, per hat size.
• Orders ship and/or ready for pickup approx. 2 weeks after artwork approval.

Setups

• Pricing includes our standard setup.
• If we already have your artwork on file from a previous order there is no setup fee.
• Added bonus with the setup, if you want to order other items from us with your design embroidered on it there will be NO SETUP FEE on those items, for example one fleece jacket with the number on the LC. You can’t order those online but you can call us 860-381-5801 or email Orders@ThirtyMarketing.com for options and a quote.
• Digital stitching mockup will be emailed to you for approval. We will not produce until approved.
• You are allowed one revision to the mockup with standard setup.
