The Jenna K. Foltz Memorial Scholarship is awarded to a student who exhibits many of the same traits consistently demonstrated by Jenna during her full, but all-too-short, lifetime. The winner of this scholarship, like Jenna, is creative and artistic, using the arts and nature as an outlet for self-expression. Additionally, the winner is characterized by his/her concern for and service to others as well as his/her perseverance in the face of challenges.
