Here you will find our latest EDDM rates. Rates are shown for both printing costs and postage costs.

EDDM is a U.S. Postal Service program developed to help businesses get their promotions and advertisements into the hands of a targeted audience, while reducing the cost of preparing and delivering mailing campaigns.

It’s the perfect solution for businesses large and small, allowing you to target homes (and businesses, or just homes only) in your area or across the country. No mailing list or postage permit is required, which saves you time and money. We offer a full service solution, where we take care of everything from design, printing and getting it to the post office. To target only business addresses a mailing list is required and you cannot use the EDDM solution, but you must choose a Direct Mail solution.

• All pricing information listed below is just for reference and estimating purposes. This is to see what is available to you based on your budget
• We can’t control the postage pricing, as of 8/1/2024 the cost per mail piece is $0.223
• As you add more addresses for printing, the price for printing goes down per piece. The more areas combined bring the printing price per piece down more
• Pricing includes 30 minutes of layout, anything that requires more time with graphics will have a separate graphics charge
• You are able to break down zip codes to route areas also, click here for route breakdowns
• We offer three types of stock for EDDM
  • 14PT CS2 which is available in a gloss UV on both sides, gloss UV on one side & matte finish on the other side, or matte finish on both sides. Pricing includes all 3 finishing options
  • 100lb Gloss Cover as well, this is only available with an gloss finish
  • 80lb Gloss Cover as well, this is only available with an gloss finish and only available for one size EDDM 8.5″ x 7″

How EDDM with Thirty Works

• Step 1: Figure out what you want to promote to the local area. Gather all your information, pictures and whatever else is needed to make this mailer as great as it can be
  • You are required to inform us if your EDDM piece is a political mailing. Political mail may be sent from a political candidate, federal, state or local campaign committee, or political party
• Step 2: Figure out what your budget is, below is a reference for approximate postage and printing costs to get you started
• Step 3: Select your mailer size and stock (6.5″ x 9″ 14PT CS2, Matte, is our most popular EDDM option in 2023 & 2024)
• Step 4: Select your routes or ask us to select them for you, for example, all of Gales Ferry. You must have a min. of 200 addresses selected for EDDM
  • Please note, you are able to select specific routes in a zip code and you are able to exclude business addresses, however, you must mail to all residential addresses on that route. To target only businesses a direct mail (non EDDM) piece would be required, unless there is a business only route (we haven’t found one in New London County yet)
• Step 5: Let us know when you want this mailer to hit mailboxes (at least 12-15 business days out, we need time to design, print and the post office needs time to mail it)
• Step 6: Send all of this information to us at MCaise@ThirtyMarketing.com so we can provide an accurate and detailed quote on your EDDM
• Step 7: That’s it, we handle it from there. We will professionally design, print and mail your EDDM
