Thirty Marketing offers complete Embroidery services. Embroidery is a great option for hats, polos, jackets, bags and more. Did you know that embroidery got it’s start around 700AD in China and embroidery, as we see it today, first started to emerge in the 11th century. Of course, back then they did it by hand and most likely would take months or even years to get a finished piece (yikes on the turnaround times). Luckily for us, we have the latest in embroidery equipment and some of our machines can run at over 1,300 stitches per minute with precise detail!

Embroidery at Thirty

• We have the capacity to embroidery 1 item or 1,000+ items!!
• The minimum qty for embroidery is 1 item
• We offer a standard two week turnaround, but if you need it before then just ask and we can let you know yes or no. We do have a some flexibility in our production schedule, since we have the machines and staff here
• Important to mention, WE STITCH IT!! We own our machines, they are sitting in our embroidery production area, we DO NOT outsource our embroidery (you can even watch our machines run from our showroom)
• Our Barudan Embroidery machines feature 15 colors to meet the demands of complex multi-color designs
• We stitch with high quality Madeira Polynylon threads to achieve bright, shinny colors that last for years
• We have the ability to embroidery on almost any fabric item we are able to fit on our machine hoops
• Speaking of our hoops, we use magnetic Mighty Hoops, these things are just awesome and allow us faster production times and the ability to hoop thick and odd shaped items
• Pricing is based on the amount of stitches in your design, the number of locations on the item and your total item quantity
• We do not require you to order in qty’s of 12 per size and style, just order what you need
• Yes, we have fluorescent threads, glitter threads, glow in the dark threads and even metallic threads
• ARTWORK – In order to have a file that our embroidery machines can read, your artwork needs to be digitized. We have an in-house design team that can digitized your artwork for you. This will be a separate, one time artwork and setup fee. Once we have it on file, you will not need to pay for this fee again. If you already have a digitized file, awesome, we can use it!! There are no fee’s for just text graphics.
