We at Velocita USA and Thirty Marketing strive to give each of our customers the best value, fit, finish, and safety available at any price. As hard as we work to provide this incredible value we need your help. Buy abiding to the below policies, it will ensure us the ability to keep prices low and quality high. Thank you in advance for your driving suit and safety equipment needs forever.
Payment
All custom suit orders are done in a two part payment process. The first step is your deposit, which is 60% of the quoted cost of your custom suit. Next is the balance, this will be charged upon suit order. In most cases your suit will arrive in 14-28 business days following your paid balance. All suits are custom tailored and custom manufactured for the end user. We will work with each user within all reasonable means to make sure the suit is as ordered. However, once the suit is ordered no refunds will be granted as this is custom apparel. All suit orders are subject to CT Sales Tax of 6.35%
Deposit
Your 60% deposit begins the suit design process and suit layout process. Your final payment begins the manufacturing process. Initial deposits are partially refundable (minus artwork charges) until the final payment is received, which at that point begins your custom suit production, at this point all payments are non-refundable. The artwork, graphics, and suit design become yours with the final payment and can not be undone but may be altered prior to order completion. Again, you will be charged artwork fees of $75 per hour if you put down a deposit and then cancel the order prior to production.
Measurement
Velocita USA nor its dealers or affiliates can guarantee measurements that WE do not take. Our forms and descriptions provide you with the proper tools and methods for accurate measurements. We will however, do our best to review the measurements you provide for accuracy. We again cannot guarantee ANY measurement that we Velocita USA and or our affiliates do not take. Please measure and measure again before signing and submitting your measurement form. If your measurement form is not signed we can not proceed with your order. Alterations
If a Velocita USA representative completed your measurements in person (not over the phone) and your suit for some reason does not fit Velocita USA will incur all charges for alterations. If a Velocita USA representative did not complete your measurement form in person we will be delighted to make alterations at a discounted rate.
